Studio Safeguard Changes

I know emotions are running high for all of us. This is a really scary, difficult time and it's not taken lightly.

I am sad that fear is ruling our lives. It's hard to know what to do, within our daily routines and within our community. If I've learned anything from Yoga, it's that it shows up off the mat. Let's lean on that during these times, and be mindful, aware, and clear with information and decisions that are within our control.

As a studio, I have thought about what's best for us going forward, and will keep doing that as the months progress. I will follow my instincts with this as with everything else, and will continue to monitor and adapt as needed--as the yoga teaches us to do. First, I want you all to know that I am personally cleaning and disinfecting every surface that is being touched--within my studio and also around the building. I am keeping windows open as often as possible, and eliminating the possibilities as best as I'm able.

That said, we will drop down to a 5 class maximum going forward. You will need to sign up ahead of time and reserve your space. Please bring your own supplies. None will be provided at this point. Classes will also be reduced to eliminate revolving groups coming in and out of the studio. The schedule is as follows: Mondays 6:15 Yoga, Tues 6:15 Barre Blast, Sat 9am. Again-5 person max with all your own equipment. If you don't feel well--even without a cough or symptoms--please don't come. I will ask people to leave if there's a concern. It's not personal guys-you know me, I love you-but I won't risk health for anything.
