I opened Zag Fitness because I have of a true passion for helping people be anything you imagine to be possible. Teaching techniques to discover your best lives through becoming more active and in touch with a healthy lifestyle is invaluable. I come from a long background and love affair with dance, music, and spirituality. My passion is all about living our best life, making it fun, making fitness fun and feeling great inside and out! Before opening the studio, I enjoyed activities such as dancing, biking, hiking, strength training and yoga. My love for these things came from a rediscovery of myself. After trying and failing, struggling and battling with obesity within my own life for many years, I began learning to love myself and became able to maintain balance and consistency. Rediscovering my well being triggered a desire of sharing what I was learning. Helping people adopt these same habits is what has guided me here, seeing people achieve happiness and absolute wellness within themselves.
My style is unique in that I combine high energy with a variety of functional movements using lots of real training techniques for creating a fit, healthy and WHOLE lifestyle. Achieving goals takes dedication, discipline, commitment and hard work. I like to blend a variety of functional movements using breath work and music for an incredible yoga experience. I am comfortable developing programs from the fitness beginner level up to the professional athlete. Understanding the importance of leading a fit and healthy lifestyle and leading by example for your family and loved ones is paying it forward. You will leave smiling and feeling fabulous!
